  • Care Planning: Participate in creating resident care plans and ensure that they are followed, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care that meets their individual needs.

Requirements:

  • Education: RN in Virginia
  • Experience: 2 years of prior leadership experience
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of resident care standards
