Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a committed and customer-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative within our dynamic call center environment. This position is vital to our mission of ensuring positive customer interactions by effectively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service via phone. Our clients depend on our support to enhance their quality of life, making empathy and understanding essential attributes for this role.

Customer Interaction:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing customer communications with professionalism and respect.
  • Provide precise information regarding our offerings, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
Effective Communication:
  • Engage with customers empathetically to fully understand their needs.
  • Deliver clear and concise information about products, services, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Product Expertise:
  • Keep updated on the company's product lines, services, and current promotions.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of industry trends and customer service best practices.
Quality Standards:
  • Follow established quality guidelines in all customer interactions.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to pass a drug and background screening.
  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with relevant software is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two or more years of experience in a call center setting.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Familiarity with durable medical equipment or healthcare services.
  • Understanding of insurance regulations and compliance, including HIPAA and data privacy.
