The Senior Client Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in engaging with both existing and prospective clients to identify how AVL DITEST can enhance their operations or broaden the solutions currently in place. This position requires maintaining a strong market presence and fostering a high level of trust and rapport with clients, positioning AVL as their preferred provider of testing systems and diagnostic tools. Responsibilities will include conducting thorough market research to grasp customer requirements and developing tailored solutions.

This role necessitates a Bachelor's degree, along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience. Candidates should exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and leadership teams at AVL Test Systems and AVL DITEST. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for relationship-building are essential. The position will be based in a hybrid work environment, allowing for a combination of remote work, onsite presence, and client visits.

Candidates must possess the legal right to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Sponsorship for work visas is not available for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts or a select few large accounts, establishing and nurturing strong relationships. Collaborate closely with current clients to comprehend their evolving needs and ensure satisfaction. Focus on delivering solutions and products that address client requirements. Identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts through market analysis to uncover trends and customer demands. Explore potential strategic partnerships and collaborations within the mobility sector. Negotiate and finalize contracts to enhance the company's offerings and market footprint. Clearly articulate the value proposition of the company's products and services to prospective clients. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to highlight capabilities and advantages. Address client concerns promptly and effectively. Engage in periodic account development planning and review progress with leadership. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the corporate CRM system. Adhere to established sales processes for quotes, proposals, and tracking. Provide precise sales forecasts and reports to the leadership team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is preferred. 7-10+ years of experience in sales, technical, or business roles. Comprehensive understanding of customer demands and market trends. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Proven ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with clients and partners. Demonstrated success in sales or recognition of achieving goals. Familiarity with formal sales processes and CRM systems is advantageous. Domestic travel may range from approximately 5% to 50%, with minimal international travel required. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Self-driven and proactive in approach.
