Senior Associate - SAP EAM for Utilities - Infosys Consulting

Infosys Consulting is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Associate to enhance our leadership cadre within the North American Utilities sector.

Position Overview:

As a pivotal member of the North American Utilities leadership team, you will collaborate with existing consulting leaders and sales teams to implement growth and delivery strategies while contributing to the recruitment and development of high-performing teams. You will also take the lead or actively engage in client teams responsible for defining problems, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and deployment of significant transformation projects.

As a recognized authority in the Power Utilities sector, particularly in SAP S/4 Enterprise Asset Management, the ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of SAP S/4 EAM and its functionalities tailored for North American Utilities. Experience in similar roles and interaction with senior executives in operational settings is essential. A comprehensive understanding of related functions such as supply chain, procurement, and project portfolio management is also required. Familiarity with the end-to-end processes in the IPSEC model is crucial.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • In-depth expertise in SAP S/4 HANA EAM modules, including PM, PPM, GEF, time and cost calculations, capitalization models, and GIS integration.
  • Proficient in SAP Fiori applications and reporting tools.
  • Leadership experience in complex business transformation initiatives.
  • Project execution experience utilizing a global delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior leadership for major transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure excellence in project management and execution from project managers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership.
  • Mentor junior staff and engage in firm-wide activities that promote knowledge sharing and enhance firm culture.
  • Support account management and sales in business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with pursuit teams to craft proposals and present at oral engagements for transformation projects.
  • Develop and mentor consultants in the utilities sector.
  • Offer thought leadership to refine tools, templates, and intellectual property for Infosys Consulting.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • U.S. citizens and those already authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply, as Infosys is unable to sponsor visas at this time.
  • 12+ years of experience in business process consulting focused on EAM for North American Utilities.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for transforming client businesses to unlock value for stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to four days a week to various client locations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team environment, with flexibility to accommodate multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with a top-tier consulting firm.
  • Advanced degree from a prestigious university.
