Job Overview:

As a key member of the team at Infosys Limited Digital, the Client Engagement Associate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships within the financial services sector. This position involves leading all client interactions and collaborating with senior leadership to develop comprehensive account strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing a portfolio valued between $10 million and $30 million. Oversee the complete opportunity management cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Delivery Assurance: Work closely with delivery partners to ensure all commitments to clients are met. Address any operational challenges that may arise, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Account Planning: Develop detailed account plans that outline necessary relationships, target opportunities, and pricing strategies. Provide insights for future partnerships with relevant vendors.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of 7 years in sales or account management.
  • Proven experience in business development and project management within the financial services industry.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a track record of engaging with senior-level clients.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is necessary for this role.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific solutions and challenges.
  • Experience in managing large, multi-location consulting teams.
  • Demonstrated success in rapidly growing client relationships.
