Job Summary

Vuori, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of its headquarters. This role is critical to the success of the company, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment where employees can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office services, including supplies, inventory, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate facilities maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, office coordinators, and shipping and receiving coordinators.
  • Oversee office budget and expenses, including procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Develop and implement space plans that optimize the use of office space to meet the changing needs of the organization.
  • Coordinate office moves and reconfigurations, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing the execution of moves.
  • Work with the Development team, Facilities, and contractors to plan and execute office renovations and build-outs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management, facilities management, or space planning.
  • Team builder and strong leader – previous experience in hiring and developing talent, managing performance, and inspiring and engaging teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Experience in project and budget management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

The salary range for this role is $90,000 per year - $100,000 per year.
