Our client, a leading insurance agency, is seeking a seasoned Senior Insurance Account Manager to join their team at K2 Staffing, LLC. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Co-manage a $10M premium book of business across various industries and policy types.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Maintain relationships with carrier partners and underwriters to ensure optimal policy solutions and competitive pricing.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, providing expert guidance and support to drive business success.
  • Manage the renewal process and marketing of key accounts, ensuring timely and successful delivery of renewal proposals, policies, and other deliverables.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 5+ years of commercial P&C account management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • EPIC experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness and ability to commute to the office 3-4 times per week.
