About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the planning, directing, and controlling of food preparation in all kitchens and banquet operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in maintaining the highest quality of food while meeting cost targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen personnel, ensuring they follow and understand their job descriptions.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure the hotel's high standards are maintained and improved upon.
Requirements
