Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Francesca's. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business results, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business results by maximizing daily sales plans, managing expenses, and improving metrics through sales floor leadership and coaching.
  • Lead, develop, and coach team members to reach their full potential and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Plan, delegate, and follow up on tasks and assignments to ensure expectations are met and visual and operational standards are maintained.
  • Act as a liaison between the Boutique Team, Field, and corporate partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business results and improving metrics.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members, guests, and partners.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
