Job Responsibilities:

As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will:

  • Perform a variety of custodial tasks, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of public buildings.
  • Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance duties, including floor care and restroom sanitation.
  • Gather and dispose of waste from various areas within the facilities.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazards or maintenance needs.
  • Respond to emergency cleaning requests as needed.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Knowledge of basic cleaning methods and safety precautions.
