Position Overview:We are seeking committed and diligent Production Equipment Specialists to enhance our workforce. In this role, you will be tasked with configuring and operating machinery to generate high-quality products that fulfill customer specifications. Key Responsibilities:- Read and interpret production SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Prepare equipment and ensure the availability of production materials
- Operate machinery, conduct quality assessments, and resolve operational issues
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production targets
- Follow safety protocols and maintain an organized workspace
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, Data Entry, and SAP is advantageous
