About the Role:

As a vital member of the team, the Customer Service Associate will play a key role in facilitating operational processes that support both clients and sales teams. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee administrative functions from the moment orders are received until products are delivered.
  • Handle customer purchase orders and manage freight claims efficiently.
  • Maintain and update the customer database while managing invoicing tasks.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and address customer inquiries.
  • Generate reports and perform various administrative duties as needed.
  • Investigate discrepancies and manage returns and credit memos.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, SAP, FedEx, and UPS Worldship.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred.
