Job Summary

The PinPoint Group Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical therapy centers and providing exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Management
    • Ensure the facility is opened and closed efficiently, including turning on/off lights, TVs, and music, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
    • Replenish supplies and maintain the overall cleanliness of the facility.
  • Patient Experience
    • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, addressing them by name and greeting them with a smile.
    • Answer incoming calls with a friendly tone and route calls appropriately.
    • Coordinate patient referrals, registration, and scheduling.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and maintain patient charts with accuracy.
    • Enter patient data with attention to detail.
    • Monitor and maintain overall patient flow to ensure clinics operate efficiently.
  • Communication
    • Maintain excellent internal and external communication.
    • Notify the Manager of all actions occurring during the day.
