This position supports office operations through mail management, supply requisitions, and maintaining office equipment. The Front Desk Coordinator will ensure the highest level of customer service and adherence to company policies, with a focus on safety and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and employees.
  • Maintain the visitor's log and handle communications through MS Teams.
  • Sort, open, and distribute mail to the correct departments.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including word processing and maintaining office equipment.
  • Manage office supplies by requisitioning stock as necessary.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Comply with safety, environmental, and company policies.
  • Understand and adhere to the Quality Systems Manual and company procedures.
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow directions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient typing and word processing skills.
  • General computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume facility.
