We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our growing company, Selectransportation Resources. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, managing front desk operations, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet clients and visitors, determine their reason for visit, and provide basic company information.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents.
  • Communication: Answer phone inquiries, respond to emails, and communicate with colleagues and clients.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons, and employee team building activities.
  • Supply Management: Restock and maintain vending machines, purchase office supplies, and track inventory.
  • Mail and Package Management: Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), highly organized, and excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Willingness to learn, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and grow with the company.
