About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at the Department of Veteran Affairs. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to our nation's veterans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary medical care to patients with a variety of physical and behavioral health needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient observations, assessments, and changes in condition
  • Order and monitor medications, as well as perform procedures as needed
  • Develop and implement patient care plans to meet individual needs
Requirements
  • Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the U.S. or in the District of Columbia
  • Must have a degree of Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
