Key Responsibilities- Provide primary medical care to patients, including assessing physical and psychological status, conducting health histories, and performing physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Document patient observations, assessments, and changes in condition, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the U.S. or in the District of Columbia.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- A competitive salary range of $240,000 - $270,000 per year.
