Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Endovascular Care. This role requires a skilled clinician with extensive experience in patient care, demonstrating a deep understanding of the specific needs of our patient population. The ideal candidate will utilize their knowledge, theoretical understanding, and practical experience to effectively respond to dynamic clinical situations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, reliable, and effective care to patients, independently employing the nursing process
- Implement the Synergy Model for Care in practice, tailoring care to meet the unique needs of each patient and their family
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with patients, their families, and fellow healthcare team members
- Accurately document the nursing process in the appropriate formats (e.g., electronic records, clinical pathways)
- Incorporate patient and family input into care planning
- Assess patient responses to care and modify plans as necessary
- Advocate for patients based on a thorough understanding of their conditions
- Acknowledge and respect cultural differences in developing relationships with patients and families

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- At least 12 months of recent nursing experience within the last five years or completion of a re-entry nursing program
- Possession of a valid, active, unencumbered nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board
- BLS certification is required; ACLS certification may be necessary in specific departments
