Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide compliance programs and policies.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to regulations and standards.

  • Assess potential risks and vulnerabilities within enterprise-wide operations.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues.
  • Develop and implement plans to correct instances of non-compliance.
  • Develop educational material to foster a culture of compliance.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and auditing of business operations and practices.
  • Manage compliance vendors and intercompany Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist in the due diligence process with respect to third parties.
  • Monitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions, legal requirements, and World Council policies.
  • Revises policies and procedures as necessary to ensure compliant and efficient contracting processes.
  • Oversee compliance with federal contracting regulations applicable to USAID and other donor-funded projects.
  • Oversee compliance with other laws applicable to the World Council and related entities.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field is required.
  • A master's degree is preferred.
  • A Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or a similar designation is also preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a compliance manager or specialist capacity.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Government regulations and the respective agency's processes and procedures is preferred.
