Job Title: Assistant Director of Compliance

The Dorm LCSW PLLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director of Compliance to join our team. As a key member of our compliance program, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies, while driving quality improvement initiatives across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Partner with the Director of Clinical Operations to ensure company-wide conformance to The Dorm's established policies, procedures, protocols, and compliance.
  • Identify new tools and resources to bring efficiency and foster staff compliance with policy, procedures, and protocols.
  • Lead company-wide ongoing CARF Accreditation efforts, ensuring compliance with all applicable CARF Standards.
  • Oversee licensure efforts, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, and manage a HIPAA compliance program.
  • Lead investigations relating to reports of known or suspected violations of the compliance program.
  • Ensure company alignment and compliance with payor requirements across all departments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, quality improvement, or operations within a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Strong familiarity with managed care, CARF Accreditation standards, and healthcare regulations.
  • Prior supervisory and management experience required.
  • Experience in handling audits, regulatory compliance, and policy implementation is highly desirable.
