Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant to join our team at Mass General Brigham. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be willing to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.

This is a per diem opportunity with a competitive salary range of $19-$23 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and disinfect patient rooms, public areas, and equipment in accordance with departmental standards.
  • Maintain the appearance of our facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
  • Assist with special projects and events, such as decorating the hospital for holidays.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
