Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish work schedules for maintenance staff
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
  • Prepare and review budget information
  • Assist in preparation of maintenance-related records
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
