About This Opportunity

Pickle Robot is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at our Charlestown facility in Massachusetts.

This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of testing operations within our warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in warehouse operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Outsourced Labor:
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of outsourced labor, providing clear instructions and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Warehouse Operations:
  • Operate a forklift to move boxes and pallets within the warehouse, following safety guidelines.
  • Load trailers according to specific instructions, ensuring accurate and efficient loading processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized test environment.
  • Test Coordination:
  • Assist in planning and executing test scenarios, working closely with the engineering team.
  • Collect and record data related to test performance, including metrics on speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Identify and report any issues or anomalies observed during testing.

What You'll Accomplish:

  • Effectively manage outsourced labor and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Contribute to the smooth execution of testing operations within the warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to plan and execute test scenarios.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 based on location and industry standards.
