Homeless Services Assistant

Hildebrand is a leading provider of housing services for families experiencing homelessness in Boston. We are seeking a highly motivated Homeless Services Assistant to join our team.
About the RoleIn this part-time position, you will work closely with our residential manager and case managers to support the development and implementation of re-housing plans that promote self-sufficiency and independence among our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of re-housing plans that promote self-sufficiency and independence among residents.
- Conduct regular room checks and maintain the office area, ensuring the facility remains clean and orderly.
- Enforce community living rules, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
To be considered for this role, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, previous experience in Human Services or a Residential Program setting, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A background in CPR/SFA certification and bilingual proficiency in Haitian Creole or Spanish is preferred.
As a Homeless Services Assistant, you can expect to work Saturday and Sunday from 3:30pm-11:30pm, with an estimated hourly wage of $16.00-$18.00, based on location and experience.
