Job Summary:
A highly motivated Business Development and Portfolio Manager is sought to join our team at HomeStreet Bank. As a key member of our Commercial Banking department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow client relationships and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship building
• Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure retention and upselling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients
• Analyze financial data and market trends to inform business decisions

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
• Proven track record of success in business development and portfolio management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

Compensation:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $124,300 - $205,000, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
