Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Banking professional to join our team as a Business Relationship Manager. In this role, you will lead the development and maintenance of a loan portfolio, leveraging your expertise in commercial lending to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, analyzing financial data, and creating tailored financial solutions that meet their goals. Your ability to build trust with clients and develop long-term relationships will be crucial in driving business growth and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data and credit reports to assess client risk and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and present customized financial solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through timely and responsive service
  • Pursue new business opportunities by targeting high-growth industries and developing strategic partnerships

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lending or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to clients
  • Strong business development skills, with a proven ability to drive growth and revenue
