Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our community manager and other staff members in our manufactured home community office. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating daily operational duties, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the community office is maintained to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 1 year of experience in the property management industry, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will also be able to work calmly under pressure and be adaptable to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
