Job Title: Claims Administrative Assistant

Stillwater Insurance Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Administrative Assistant to join our team in Jacksonville, FL.

Job Summary:

The Claims Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Claims Department, assisting with claim file document requests, vendor payments, and other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Claims Department, including claim file document requests and vendor payments.
  • Assist with data-entry, routing, and indexing documents accurately and efficiently to our systems.
  • Operate high-speed scanners, printers, and postage meters as needed.
  • Provide excellent phone skills, being professional, courteous, and efficient in all interactions.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong PC knowledge and keyboarding skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel spreadsheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
