Job Summary

This Inside Sales Support Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity to join Carrier Enterprise Leasing Inc. as a key member of our sales team. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pre- and post-order support to key dealers and the local sales team within the designated territory.
  • Seek new business opportunities by responding to sales leads and targeting underserved markets who can benefit from our HVAC products and solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to resolve customer issues and provide technical support.
  • Assist with the maintenance and follow-up of open customer orders and sales support.
  • Handle incoming customer requests for orders and product information, including equipment specifications and applications.
  • Work with customers, sales, and internal/external suppliers to resolve issues as they arise.
  • Support add-on sales opportunities when receiving and processing customer orders.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field (Bachelor's degree or higher a plus).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, wholesale distribution sales, or a similar service-related field.
  • Excellent customer service skills, verbal and written skills, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to work effectively in both remote and in-office environments.
