Key Responsibilities

This role encompasses developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations. The successful candidate will drive admissions within assigned territories by utilizing CRM software to track account activities.

Key performance indicators include meeting and exceeding monthly admission targets (starting at 10 and aiming for 15-20 starts of care per month), as well as strategically managing a portfolio of 30-60 accounts within the territory. Collaboration with internal teams ensures seamless patient transitions and optimal care.

Estimated annual compensation: $70,000 - $110,000, plus commission-based income (

  • $850 for 10 admissions
  • $400 per after 10
  • $2,400 for 16 admissions
  • $4,000 for 20 starts of care
) and mileage reimbursement ($0.65 per mile). Additional benefits include 17 days of paid time off, 3 flexible holidays, and 4 mental health days.
