Salary
This is a hourly pay plus commission/bonus position with an estimated annual salary of $60,000-$80,000 based on performance and location. In addition to the base hourly rate, you will have the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses for meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.

Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven professional who can provide needs-based presentations that give value and meet the unique needs of each customer. As a member of our team, you will use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Your responsibilities will include developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. You will also have the opportunity to meet and network with business owners to present and convert products around their business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 3+ years of sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is also preferred. You will need to possess excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening - and be enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. Self-motivation, ability to work in a team environment, and ability to make presentations to potential customers are also essential requirements. You must be able to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals and effectively relate to customers. Bilingual - Spanish preferred - is also a plus.
