Data Management Leader

As a Director of Master Data Management at Intel, you will lead a team of software engineers responsible for developing and deploying enterprise data management capabilities across various applications and integrations.
You will oversee the design and implementation of master data solutions in collaboration with product owners, solution architects, business partners, and system integrators throughout the software development life cycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.
- Driving results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.
- Leading others through change, influencing multiple levels of leadership, and possessing excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include 5+ years of management experience and 5+ years of data management experience in any field.
Preferred qualifications include Master Data Management, SAP MDG, SAP ERP, and MuleSoft.
Requirements can be obtained through a combination of industry-relevant job experience, internship experiences, and/or schoolwork/classes/research.

The annual salary range for this position is $195,804.00-$312,686.00, depending on location and experience.
This role is available as a fully home-based position with occasional on-site requirements based on business need.
This role may also be available as our hybrid work model, allowing employees to split their time between working on-site and off-site.
Consent to and pass an extended Background Investigation, including education, SEC sanctions, and additional criminal and civil checks, is required for this position.
