As a Clinical Psychiatric Nurse Leader, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of mental health services. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care, leadership, and education within a therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Nursing Care and Leadership: Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate treatment outcomes.
- Therapeutic Environment: Manage activities within the therapeutic environment and lead nursing care within the treatment team.
- Mental Health Medications: Demonstrate knowledge of mental health medications, ensuring safe administration and patient education.
- Communication and Collaboration: Respond promptly to any changes in patient condition and communicate with the healthcare team as necessary.
- Talent Development: Act as a resource and mentor to newer team members, fostering a supportive learning environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- RN license in Montana and current BLS certification required.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; 1-3 years of RN experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and empathy skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and challenging situations effectively.
Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plan, and paid time off.
