Job Summary:

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Account Management Professional to lead our client relationships and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, developing and executing strategic plans to meet business objectives, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain multi-level relationships within client organizations, including maintaining day-to-day interface with key contacts.
• Perform daily operation-specific duties that directly relate to the products and/or services assigned, including fiscal management support and consultation to customers.
• Promote and display customer focus, including the ability to autonomously make good judgment and decisions regarding customer satisfaction and contract requirements.
• Communicate and update account service information to appropriate internal staff, and make presentations to the professional community to enhance the visibility and image of the company.
• Provide high-level consultation to customers, including fiscal management support, and demonstrate knowledge of the company's products and services and how multiple products and services are interdependent within the customer contract deliverables and clinical outcomes.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of client organization, and effectively explain or use technology (internally and externally) for customers.
• Demonstrate and implement strategic profitable products or services, including demonstrating the knowledge of the dynamics facing managed care in the current market.

Requirements:

• 7+ Years of Sales Experience required
• 7+ Years of Account Management Experience required
• Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or Healthcare experience highly desired
• Recent Sales or Account Management experience in related industry/field
• Based on client contract, may require clinical licensure in good standing (RN, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, Pharmacist) for state in which work is performed.
