Job Description

This specialist will provide data entry and database management support to ensure data integrity and accuracy. The role involves working with various programs such as the Quality Payment Program (QPP), Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+), and other value-based quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and work independently under pressure.
  • Utilize EMR applications, internet searches, and relevant databases effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships by consistently meeting expectations.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in an office setting with high-volume customer contact. Attention to detail and proficiency in data entry are essential. Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Access would be advantageous. Excellent typing skills are required.
