Job Title: Data Center Infrastructure Manager

The Staff Pad is seeking a highly skilled Data Center Analyst to oversee the deployment and maintenance of our data center infrastructure. Located in Helena, MT (ON-SITE), this role involves troubleshooting and supporting our data center operations and PC systems, as well as collaborating with our IS Architect on server development initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and manage data center initiatives, ensuring objectives are met.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and maintain data center operations and PC support.
- Interface with third-party vendors and attend technology meetings.
- Develop project plans, manage budgets, and create reusable processes.
- Support information system security management and respond to security incidents.
- Collaborate with Meditech Analysts for system understanding and support.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data center development and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of data center hardware/software, telecommunication, and process improvement.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems (Bachelor's preferred).
- Required: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification or similar (must obtain within 1 year if not certified at hire).
- Desired: Network Administration certification (e.g., CCNA). This role requires a self-starter with the ability to work independently and under time constraints.

Our estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
