Data Validation and Quality Assurance Specialist

At The Staff Pad, we're proud to partner with a leading non-profit healthcare system in Helena, Montana. We're seeking a dedicated Data Validation and Quality Assurance Specialist to join their Population Health team.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality data entry and database management services, supporting the organization's mission. Key responsibilities include analyzing complex information, prioritizing tasks, and communicating effectively with colleagues and external parties.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus excellent benefits. If you have 3-5 years of experience in an office setting, attention to detail, and proficiency in EMR applications, Excel, and Access, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze information of a complex nature.
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in an office setting with high-volume customer contact.
- Attention to detail with experience in data entry.
- Proven aptitude with PowerPoint, Excel, and Access knowledge preferred.
