At Intel, we're shaping the future of computing – across CPU, GPU, and FPGA architectures. As a Director, Master Data Management, you'll play a critical role in enabling our software engineers to develop and deploy cutting-edge data management capabilities.

Job Summary:

This is a fully home-based role that requires occasional on-site visits at Intel sites. You'll oversee the design and implementation of enterprise-level master data solutions, working with product owners, solution architects, business partners, and system integrators. Your focus will be on driving results through clear goal setting, facilitating work, and maintaining accountability.

Responsibilities:

  • Directs and manages a team of software engineers responsible for developing and deploying data management capabilities
  • Overssees the design and implementation of enterprise-level master data solutions
  • Collaborates with product owners, solution architects, business partners, and system integrators
  • Drives results through clear goal setting, facilitating work, and maintaining accountability

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need 5+ years of management experience and 5+ years of data management experience. Preferred qualifications include Master Data Management, SAP MDG, SAP ERP (S4), and MuleSoft. We offer a total compensation package that includes competitive pay, stock, bonuses, and benefits such as health, retirement, and vacation.

Annual Salary Range: $195,804.00-$312,686.00, dependent on factors including location and experience.
