Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Client Support Specialists. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service via inbound calls, ensuring high-quality resolution and satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer accounts in client systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Multitask in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues, staff, and clients, promoting a culture of empathy and respect.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of solid experience in customer service, preferably in a transaction-based environment like a call center.
  • HS Diploma or GED/equivalent, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, with a strong ability to adapt to changes in business processes.
  • Strong computer literacy, typing skills (25 WPM), and ability to use multiple software systems simultaneously.
