We are seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement Specialist Lead to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our Client Outreach team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance client engagement and relationships. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial services or a related industry and possess excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong client focus.
In this role, you will collaborate with Global Corporate and Investment Bankers and Global Markets Sales to support the Bank's global regulatory and policy requirements as it relates to Client Due Diligence (CDD) documentation collection. You will also identify and develop client connections, engage client representatives to obtain KYC documentation, and act as a coordination point for resolving issues/challenges with respect to client and country-specific documentation requirements.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years experience in a client-facing role within the financial services or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of AML CDD policy and standards, industry practices in AML CDD, including legal entities in global jurisdictions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong client focus.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on experience. Estimated annual salary: $150,000.
