As an Account Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our insurance agents and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Job Description
This is a versatile position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Your primary responsibilities will include establishing customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate customer service, and using a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options. In addition, you will work closely with our insurance agents to gain and keep customers, and contribute to the development of our business.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, plus commission/bonus opportunities. Our benefits package includes paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), profit sharing, and growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within the office. To be successful in this role, you must be dedicated to customer service, have sales experience, and be able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License. Bilingual - Spanish required. The estimated annual salary for this position is around $60,000-$70,000 depending on performance.
