Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documents for presenting risks to the market.
  • Prepare applications, summaries of insurance, insurance certificates, and other coverage-related documents.
  • Answer incoming calls from existing clients for service requests.
  • Assist client service teams in preparing presentation materials.
  • Record data into the appropriate insurance company and firm software programs.
  • Run monthly cancellation and expiration reports.
  • Process and complete endorsements and audits.
