Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience in staffing and/or human resources solutions industries highly desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Compensation and Benefits:
- Anticipated annual base salary range: $53,784 - $98,604
- Incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401(k) plan
- Paid time off, holidays, community service day, and up to 6 weeks of paid parental leave
