Job Description:

The Client Care Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the agency mission of providing hope and healing to those impacted by domestic and sexual violence.

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to direct service and leadership staff of the Survivor Resource Center (SRC).

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

  • Clients: Provide crisis intervention services, answer agency phone calls, screen and direct callers as appropriate, and provide accurate descriptions of services.
  • Administration: Maintain accurate records, partner with direct care staff, handle mail, and maintain supplies.
  • Stewardship: Participate in agency meetings, promote professional relationships, and support the agency's goals.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1 year administrative or customer service experience; experience working in human services field preferred.
  • Spanish speaking preferred.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
