Optimizing Keurig Dr Pepper's Route-to-Market

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Licensing Strategy and Analysis to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper. As a key member of our licensing team, you will play a crucial role in amplifying our route-to-market advantage by leveraging both company-owned distribution and licensed bottling networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze KDP's current route-to-market by geography and trademark to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support the delivery of route-to-market opportunities by managing the end-to-end process and cross-functional alignment.
  • Develop future state distribution blueprints to enable the launch of new brands across categories.
  • Support distributor M&A through the identification, analysis, sizing, and vetting of opportunities.
  • Implement tools, technologies, and processes required to enable a dynamic licensing team with proactive decision-making capabilities.

This role is based at our HQ in Frisco, TX and will have a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days from home). If you are a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a passion for optimizing business processes, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
