Strategic Promotional Planning Manager

As a key member of the Drug & Dollar Sales team, you will partner with Sales Leadership to develop strategies and plans that drive revenue growth. Your focus will be on leveraging data sources and trade solutions to inform pricing and promotional decisions, ensuring alignment with the commercial strategy and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer/channel topline plans for beverages and appliances
  • Evaluate customer-specific sources of growth and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Manage and execute in-year topline management and execution, including revenue forecasting and performance measurement
  • Identify and leverage customer-specific insights to deliver optimized trade promotions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in analytics, finance, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in a Fortune 500 company or the Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage, Small Appliance, or related industries
  • Ability to work across multiple data sources and think systemically
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to influence decision-making across multiple levels and functions
