Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team and drive strategic initiatives that support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Manage all aspects of employee benefits, including enrollment, benefit inquiry support, employee education, and issue resolution
  • Partner with brokers and resources to lead annual benefits renewal and manage open enrollment
  • Manage leave of absence (LOA) process, including employee consultations, document completion, submittal, and case monitoring and maintenance
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company requirements related to HR
  • Manage employee onboarding and ongoing support to ensure a smooth integration into the organization
  • Develop and implement processes to improve HR operations and ensure efficiency
Requirements
  • Experience managing medium to large company benefits, leave of absences, and workers compensation programs
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including knowledge of current government regulations related to employment
  • Hands-on experience working with and coordination of leaves under FMLA/CFRA/PFL/DI/ADA
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to closing items quickly
  • Advanced Excel and HRIS experience required (UltiPro/UKG preferred)
  • Able to work independently, reporting to a manager at a different site

MaxLinear offers a competitive total compensation package, including a starting base salary within the range of $112,100 to $132,100 annually, plus a discretionary bonus eligibility and stock-based compensation. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health care benefits, 401(k) savings plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), paid time off, and a hybrid work schedule.
