About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Development Executive to join our team at Filter Services Inc. As an Account Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of achieving goals.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison for the mechanical contractor market, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
  • Manage will call orders daily and coordinate with warehouse operations across all four locations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Partner with customers and operations teams to coordinate onsite deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support business growth and retention.
  • Strategically manage and grow existing customer revenue by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with outside sales teams in customer acquisition efforts and advancing the sales funnel.
  • Proactively follow up on quotes and maintain a high frequency of customer engagement to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Requirements
  • 2 or 4-year degree preferred in related field or relevant work experience.
  • 1-2 Years of Customer Service and/or dispatch experience.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce or NetSuite.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Initiative, stress tolerance, and a strong will to succeed.
  • Ability to multitask, detail oriented, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package encompassing medical, dental, disability, and life insurance coverage, prioritizing your health and security. Additionally, you will receive cell phone expense reimbursement and participate in our safe harbor 401k retirement plan, an opportunity to save for the future and build financial stability.
