Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized National Accounts Business Development Representative to support the growth of our National Accounts program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site surveys from dispatch to quote creation, ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • Audit all account requirements for accurate invoicing and reporting, maintaining data integrity.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Support sales teams with data entry, contact management, and analysis, driving sales growth.
  • Process customer orders from proposal to installation, meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of supporting National Accounts Customer Service.
  • Data entry proficiency and ERP experience (SAP, Salesforce, CRM).
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and verbal/written communication.
