Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales and inventory of vehicles at Grieco Automotive Group. This role involves prospecting, appraising, and obtaining vehicles for resale, as well as working with various departments to ensure the accuracy of dealership inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Satisfaction: Devote yourself to ensuring the satisfaction of customers by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Product Quality: Determine and manage product quality requirements to ensure that vehicles meet the highest standards.
  • Team Management: Attend and participate in company meetings, maintain a follow-up system for required duties and projects, and establish personal performance goals that align with company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Work with customers and auctions to buy and sell pre-owned vehicles, maintain required logs and communications with departments, and use appropriate procedures to facilitate sales and generate expected levels of gross and net profit.
  • Leadership: Supervise and run all operations involving used vehicles, meet budgeted revenue and expense goals, and devise forecasts to ensure the success of the sales department.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Licenses: Driver's License and Sales License.
  • Skills: Basic skills with computers and other office machines, professional personal appearance, ability to work well with customers, and great communication skills.
